[ad] Check out these Hotdog Skewers I made using @applegate Organic Beef Hot Dogs and Garlic Butter Baby Potatoes! I served them with some pickles and greens and we absolutely devoured them!

Ingredients:
1 10oz Pack Applegate Organic Grass Fed Beef Hotdogs
1 lb Baby Potatoes
6 skewers
2 Tbsp salted butter
2 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp crushed rosemary
1/2 tsp sea salt
black pepper

Method:
1. If you are using wooden skewers, soak them for 30 minutes to an hour.
2. Boil baby potatoes for 15 minutes in salted water. You want them to be soft, but not too soft that they fall apart when you put the skewer through.
3. Preheat your grill to medium heat.
4. While the potatoes are boiling, mix together 2 tbsp of slightly melted butter with 2 tsp minced garlic and 1/2 tsp of fresh rosemary.
5. Cut each hotdog into thirds.
6. When the potatoes are done boiling, drain them and rinse them with cold water.
7. Start making your skewers by adding 1 piece of hotdog, followed by a potato, another piece or hotdog, another potato, and the final hotdog piece.
8. Repeat with remaining hotdogs and potatoes.
9. Baste/Spoon the garlic butter over the potatoes and sprinkle salt and black pepper on the potatoes on all sides.
10. Grill each skewer for 6 minutes total, flipping them after 3 minutes.
11. Serve and Enjoy

Tomato Basil Boursin Pasta! The creamy sauce bakes together in the oven and then you add your pasta! This is one of my favorite ways to enjoy tomato season!

I saw @shewillevolve make a Baked Boursin Pasta inspired by @liemessa Baked Feta Pasta and I knew I needed to try it. I made baked feta pasta so many times a couple of years ago and both of these version are SO GOOD! Such a great idea and your whole family will truly love it!

Cheeseburger Egg Rolls with Big Mac Sauce! All the flavors of a juicy cheeseburger rolled in to a crispy crunchy egg roll wrapper.

These Cheeseburger Egg Rolls are an easy dupe of the ones sold at the Cheesecake Factory and Disney Parks. I also created a quick “big mac” sauce to dunk these in! They are so good!

Una Michelada! A michelada is a beer cocktail and there are many ways to make it. It is one of the most refreshing summer drinks I have ever tried. I absolutely love it and I know you will love it too!

The Michelada originated in Mexico and it is so delicious. Today, I am showing you the Chilean version, using “Merken”. If you can’t find this spice, use Tajin or Chile Lime seasoning. I have seen it prepared so many different ways but all versions have beer, salt, lime, and some type of spice.

What you need:
a beer (preferably Corona)
Lime
coarse salt
Merkén (or any coarse ground smoked chili pepper powder like Tajín or Chile Lime Seasoning

1. add some merkén and sea salt to a small plate
2. Use a lime to wet the rim of a glass. Squeeze it all the way around.
3. Put the rim of the glass on to the plate to coat the rim with the spicy salty mixture.
4. carefully pour the beer into the glass!
5. Add more lime.
