Air Fryer Chicken Tenders

Delicious baked chicken tenders using pork rinds, instead of bread crumbs
- 1 lb Chicken Tenderloins
- 1 bag Pork Rinds Crumbles or Pork Panko
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Preheat Air Fryer to 390F
Pour half a bag of pork crumbles into a flat bowl. Use half a bag first and add more as needed.
Sprinkle salt and seasonings evenly over raw chicken, making sure the seasoning is on all sides
Crack eggs into a bowl. Beat well. Add raw chicken and coat well
Add tenders to the pork rind mixture a few at a time. Place them on a plate.
Cook for 20 minutes!
Enjoy with maple mustard!
