Pesto Pasta Chips
Delicious Pesto Pasta turned into Chip Form
- 8 oz Rigatoni Pasta
- 2 tbsp Pesto
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- salt
Put a pot of water to boil with a 1/2 tsp of salt. Once the water is boiling, add your pasta
Drain the pasta and add it to a large bowl
Add pesto and parmesan cheese to the bowl. Mix until fully incorporated.
Preheat an airfryer at 390F. Once it is preheated, add the pasta in a single layer and cook for 12 minutes. Shake a few times during the cooking process to ensure even cooking.
Let it cool slightly. The more it cools, the crunchier it becomes. Dip in your favorite sauce.
