Instructions
Preheat your Oven to 350F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch slices. Lightly coat one side with olive oil
Put the slices, olive oil side down, on a baking sheet.
Add a spoonful on top of each crostini, followed by enough cheese to cover the top. If you are using toppings that you would like to be cooked into the cheese, add them now. I prefer to use pesto after the crostini is finished baking
Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese has slightly browned
Remove from the oven, let them cool slightly on the baking sheet. Add some pesto on top and enjoy!
