Creamy Polenta from a Polenta Tube

It is easy to make creamy polenta from a polenta tube

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tube Polenta
  • 1 Cup Broth  I used Chicken Broth
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1/3 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • Black Pepper to Taste

Instructions
 

  • Dice up the Polenta Log
  • Add diced Polenta to a saucepan with Broth and Olive Oil.
  • Cook on medium heat and stir frequently with a whisk until fully combined. About 10 minutes
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and add some black pepper and the parmesan cheese. I didn't use a whole lot of cheese, so if you love cheese, I suggest you add as much as you like.
  • Stir until combined. Serve as a side with your favorite meal, or eat it just as it is!
