I used Avocado Oil
Instructions
Rub oil over potato slices, season with salt, and bake them in a single layer at 400F until golden brown(about 25 minutes)
Shred the cheese
Once potatoes are brown, remove them from the oven. Let them cool slightly so that they can crisp up further.
Top with chopped corned beef pieces and cheese
Put back in the oven until cheese melts
Remove from oven, top with green onions, and avocado!
