Baked Spanakopita Pasta

A fun spin on Baked Feta Pasta using the ingredients for Spanakopita

Ingredients
  

  • 1 brick Feta Cheese
  • 16 oz Frozen Spinach thawed and drained
  • 1.5 tbsp Fresh Dill chopped
  • 4 Green Onions sliced thin
  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic sliced thin
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 Lemon Juiced
  • 10 oz Pasta

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 450°F
  • Add all ingredients, except for the pasta, to a baking dish, and cook for 30 minutes.
  • While the Ingredients are baking, boil pasta, drain, and set aside.
  • Combine baked ingredients with pasta and Enjoy!
