You will love this super easy to make Crab Rangoon Dip! I combined all the flavors of crab rangoon into a dip, topped it with a sweet chili sauce and then made some fresh wonton chips to serve with it!

If you are short on time you can serve this hot crab dip with tortilla chips or pita chips!

I was tempted to add some bacon to this but decided to keep this vegetarian friendly. However, I totally approve of your decision to add some bacon instead of the pecans or add some candied bacon!

[ad] This Gorgonzola and Roasted Pecan Dip is the perfect pop of savory goodness you will want on your holiday table this year.

This delicious dip is made with @TreasureCaveCheese Gorgonzola Cheese, cream cheese, yogurt (or sour cream) and toasted pecans. Then it is topped with candied pecans for that sweet and salty balance! This tastes so good served with pears or crackers! Treasure Cave cheeses are aged 60-90 days and they have an exquisitely rich, delicious flavor. Cook Time: 10 minutes
Servings: 8

Ingredients:
1.5 Cups Pecan Halves
5 oz Treasure Cave Gorgonzola Cheese Wedge
8 oz Cream Cheese
5 oz Greek Yogurt (or sour cream)
3 tbsp Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
Water

Instructions:
1. Add your Treasure Cave Gorgonzola Cheese, Cream Cheese, and Yogurt to a food processor. Blend until creamy.

2. Add 1 cup of pecan halves to a dry pan and put the heat on medium. Toast the pecans for about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat.

3. Add the pecans to your food processor and pulse them into the Gorgonzola cheese mixture. You want the pecans to break down into little pieces, but you dont want to turn it into pecan butter.

4. Add your dip to a serving bowl.

5. Crush the remaining 1/2 cup of pecans by putting them in a ziploc bag and hitting them with any sort of tool you have in your kitchen. Start out slow and stop when you have smaller chunks of pecan.

6. Add brown sugar and 1/2 tbsp of water to a pan on medium low heat. Mix it together until it bubbles, about 1 minutes. Add the crushed pecans and salt and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes and then turn the heat off and add pecans to a plate to cool.

7. Add crushed candied pecans to the top of your dip. Serve with pears and crackers.

Parmesan Crusted Brussels Sprouts! We are deep into brussels sprouts season and I may be their number 1 fan. Although, I’ve met a lot of people recently who love them just as much as me.

One of the frequently asked questions every time I share one of my cheesy roasted brussels sprouts recipes is if I parboil them first. The answer is “no, I don’t”. I always just pick smaller sprouts and I halve them before putting them cut-side down and roasting.
