This Jalapeño Popper Dip went viral last year so I want to share it again to remind you to make this for the Super Bowl! I topped my dip with some hot and sweet pepper jelly for an absoluteee flavor explosion!

The creamy savory cheese and garlic mixed with the slightly spicy jalapeños and then the sweet and spicy jelly on top just balances it all out! I served these with tortilla chips, but they would taste great with some wonton chips as well!

French Dip Sliders made with deli sliced roast beef, caramelized onions, provolone cheese and an au jus for dipping. Bake until the cheese is super melty!

I caramelized my onions before making these sliders, but if you are short on time, use those fried onions that come in a can that people sometimes use on green bean casserole. 👍They would taste great on this.

Also, I chose provolone cheese for these sliders, but Swiss cheese or Cheddar would also be yummy!

Before this year started I set a goal for myself. I wanted to find a way to make good enough recipes and write good enough blog posts to encourage 1,000,000 page views on www.spinachandbacon.com. With so many great recipes out there, it is hard to earn people’s trust enough to have them read your recipe, buy the ingredients, go home, and make your recipes. Do you know how lucky I feel when you make my recipes? I do - I feel so unbelievably lucky.

In the end, my website had over 2,000,000 views. Thank you so much for trusting me this year with the food you served on a table, a couch, a desk, or ate straight from the pan. Hoping to continue to make food that is enjoyable and fun to share! Happy New Year, everyone!
