Add the button to a large skillet on medium heat. Once the butter melts, add the sliced mushrooms plus half of the salt and cook the mushrooms until they start to brown and crisp up
Add the diced onions, minced garlic and stir around. Then, add the ground beef, paprika, and the remaining salt. Cook until the beef is no longer raw.
Add the flour to the pan and coat the beef. Let the flour brown for one minute.
Add the wine and raise the heat to high. Let it start to boil so that you cook out the alcohol but keep the delicious wine taste.
Add the worcestershire sauce, dijon, beef broth, and noodles. Let the liquid come to a boil, then reduce the heat to low and cover. Cook for 8-10 minutes or until noodles are cooked.
Remove cover and turn off the heat. Add greek yogurt or sour cream and mix.
