Oven Baked Burgers

These Oven Baked Burgers are topped with juicy tomato, pickles, homemade ketchup mayo, in between a buttery brioche bun.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 4 Hamburger Buns
  • 3/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic 1-2 Garlic Cloves minced

Optional

  • 4 slices Cheese
  • Pickles
  • Red Onion
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Ketchup and Mayonnaise

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400F
  • Mix the ground beef in a bowl with the salt, black pepper, and garlic
  • Divide the mixture into 4 equal balls
  • Form each ball into a thin patty. Flatten the middle while keeping the sides slightly higher. This ensures that the middle does not bubble up when it is baking.
  • Cook for 15 minutes. When there is 1-2 minutes left, add one slice of cheese on top of each burger so that it can melt while the burger finishes cooking.
  • Let each burger rest for an additional 5 minutes
  • While the burger is resting, you can lightly toast your buns and cut your toppings
  • Assemble your burger to your liking

Optional

  • mix 1 tbsp ketchup and 1 tbsp mayonnaise together to create a creamy and delicious sauce.
