Air Fryer Peaches

These air fryer peaches are topped with a buttery cinnamon sugar, vanilla ice cream, granola, and a touch of maple syrup.

Ingredients
  

  • 5-6 Peaches
  • 3 tbsp Salted Butter
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • Avocado Oil Spray
  • 1 pint Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup optional
  • 1/4 cup Granola optional

Instructions
 

  • Melt the butter slightly by popping it in the microwave for 15 seconds. Alternatively you can use room temperature butter if you are someone that keeps your butter on the counter.
  • In a bowl, combine the butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Set it aside.
  • Slice each peach and lay them skin side down/flesh side up in your air fryer. Spray the tops with avocado oil spray.
  • Air Fry the peaches plain for 5 minutes at 350F
  • Evenly distribute the cinnamon sugar butter on the tops of all of the peaches
  • Air Fry for an additional 6 minutes at 350F
  • Remove the peaches from the air fryer, add them to a plate.
  • Top with a scoop of ice cream, a little granola, and maple syrup.
