Ingredients

  • 12 oz Cream Cheese room temperature
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 4-5 cloves Garlic I like to use garlic paste to make it easier
  • 3-4 Fresh Jalapeños diced with the seeds removed
  • 1.5 cups Freshly Shredded Cheese I used a blend of Monterrey jack and chihuahua cheese.
  • 6 slices Bacon pre-cooked and chopped into small pieces
  • Hot and Sweet Pepper Jelly do not skip this!

Instructions

  • Crisp up your bacon and break it into small pieces and crumbles.
  • Preheat your oven to 350F
  • Carefully remove the seeds from your jalapeños and then dice the peppers into very small pieces.
  • Add all of the ingredients to a bowl except for the pepper jelly. Save a little cheese to add to the top of the dip once you add it into the baking dish.
  • Add the mixture to a small baking dish (7.5" x 6"), Top with remaining shredded cheese
  • Bake uncovered for 28-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling
  • Remove from the oven and top with a layer of hot and sweet pepper jelly. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
