Instructions
Crisp up your bacon and break it into small pieces and crumbles.
Preheat your oven to 350F
Carefully remove the seeds from your jalapeños and then dice the peppers into very small pieces.
Add all of the ingredients to a bowl except for the pepper jelly. Save a little cheese to add to the top of the dip once you add it into the baking dish.
Add the mixture to a small baking dish (7.5" x 6"), Top with remaining shredded cheese
Bake uncovered for 28-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling
Remove from the oven and top with a layer of hot and sweet pepper jelly. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
