- 1 lb Lean Ground Beef 96/4
- 2 garlic cloves finely minced
- 1/2 tsp seasoning salt lawrys
- 1/4 cup Yellow Onion Finely Diced
- 1/2 cup Pickle Chips you can dice them or keep them as slices
- 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
Big Mac Sauce
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1.5 tbsp pickle relish
- 1/2 tbsp grated onion
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Dice your onion and garlic and add to a medium saute pan with a 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil. Stir it until the onion is slightly translucent.
Add your ground beef and seasoning salt to the pan and mix it into the onion mixture. Cook the meat until fully cooked.
Preheat your oven according to the french fry package. Mine said 400F
Bake plain french fries on a baking sheet in a single layer. Make sure they are not layered or else the fries will not get crispy. Cook the fries according to the package directions. While the fries are cooking, shred your cheese and make your big mac sauce.
Once the fries are done and a little bit of salt and pepper on them(just a little because the other ingredients are also salty). Then, then slowly layer on your cheese and meat.
Put the loaded fries back in the oven until the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven, drizzle on your big mac sauce, pickles, and shredded lettuce.
