Cuban Sandwich Roll Ups
These Cuban Sandwich Roll Ups come together so quickly and can be made in the air fryer or the oven. Instead of using bread, tortillas are layered with deli sliced ham, pulled pork, swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard.
- 8 flour tortillas
- 8 slices ham
- 12 oz roasted pork shoulder i buy the pre cooked Carnitas at Trader Joes
- 4-8 slices swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped pickles
- yellow mustard
- mango vinaigrette optional
Preheat your air fryer or oven to 375F
Lay out a 6" flour tortilla on a cutting board or clean surface
Add a slice of ham to the middle. If they are very thin slices you may want to use two slices.
Add a slice of swiss cheese on top. If they are sliced very thin, you should use two slices.
Add some shredded pork on top of the cheese.
Add some pickles and a little mustard on top of the pork.
Roll up your cuban sandwich roll up and then place it seam side down on a baking sheet or inside your air fryer. Repeat with remaining ingredients and then spray all of the roll ups with some avocado cooking spray. Bake for 8 minutes or until the ends of the tortillas are golden brown and the ingredients are warm all of the way through.
Remove from heat and serve with mango vinaigrette or a dipping sauce of your choice.
