Goat Cheese Pizza

Pizza with Goat Cheese, Mozzarella, and Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 2-3 Naan or Flatbread
  • 5 oz Chevre (Goat Cheese)
  • 3 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 3 - 4 oz Chimichurri
  • black pepper optional
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350F
  • Heat up the goat cheese slightly in the microwave with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and one minced clove of garlic. Heat for 30 seconds or less - just until it is easy to spread.
  • Spread an equal amount of goat cheese on each Naan.
  • Top with Mozzarella Cheese and a little shake of black pepper (black pepper is optional)
  • Bake until warm and bubbly
  • Add on a thin layer of Chimichurri and enjoy!
