Hot and Garlicky Spinach Artichoke Dip

A delicious and garlicky spinach artichoke dip that bakes in the oven until melty. Serve with tortilla chips.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese thawed
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 15 oz Canned Artichoke Hearts drained and chopped
  • 15 oz Frozen Spinach thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
  • 7 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Hot Sauce optional

Instructions
 

  • Thaw the Cream Cheese by leaving it at room temperature for a few hours.
  • Preheat your oven to 350F
  • Thaw your spinach and drain it. Set aside.
  • Drain your artichoke hearts and chop them up.
  • Mince your garlic.
  • Add everything to a bowl except for a little bit of mozzarella cheese and mix it up well. Add it all to a small baking dish and top it with the remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbling and slightly brown.
