Delicious and flavorful wings made in the oven with some old bay seasoning, sazon, a little hot sauce, and a little vinegar. This recipe can be used for whole chicken wings or wingettes
Line an extra large baking sheet with aluminum foil and then add a wire rack on top of the aluminum foil
Add your chicken wings to a large bowl.
Add in your oil, old bay, and sazon and give it a good stir
Add your hot sauce and vinegar and toss the wings around a few times.
Add your wings to the wire rack skin side down, making sure they do not touch.
Bake at 400F for 40 minutes on the top rack. Remove from the oven, increase the temperature to 425F, flip over the wings so that the skin is on the top. Put them back in the oven for another 13-15 minutes.
