  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 5 leaves Fresh Basil
  • 1/4 tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 8 oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese I prefer to shred it myself
  • 3/4 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 4 oz Sliced Pepperoni cut into sixths or quarters
  • Bread for dipping I used a garlic flatbread that I cut into triangles to look like little pizzas
  • Hot Honey

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350F
  • If the cream cheese is not already soft, you can put it in a microwaveable safe bowl for 30 seconds.
  • Combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, basil, and oregano in a medium sized bowl. Mix until creamy.
  • Add in your parmesan cheese and 1/3 of your pepperoni
  • Spread this mixture in a small baking dish, and then add your marinara on top.
  • Add another 1/3 of your pepperoni on top of your marinara sauce, followed by your shredded mozzarella cheese and your remaining pepperoni.
  • Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until starting to brown along the edges and melted all over.
  • If you are heating up bread to use with the dip, you should do this when there is 10 minutes remaining for the dip to cook.
  • Drizzle with hot honey and serve with warm bread.
