One of my most viral recipes and for an obvious reason: IT IS INCREDIBLE! Pumpkin Butter is really similar to Apple Butter, just made with pumpkin and a bit sweeter like fig jam. Here is how to make it: Sourdough Bread Butter A layer of pumpkin butter on one slice of bread 2-4 slices of cheddar cheese(per sandwich) Caramelized onions (I made these ahead of time).
