This Garlic Bread is stuffed with creamy butter, garlic, fresh herbs, and @StellaCheeses delicious Parmesan and Fontinella [ad]

This is the best garlic bread I’ve ever had. When you stuff the bread, both sides of each slice soak up all of the flavor. It was so good, my mom has already added it to her Thanksgiving dinner menu. 😂 Seriously, it is a statement piece! I love using Stella Cheeses because of their fresh, delicious, and salty taste! Stella Cheeses are the absolute #StellaOfTheShow

Recipe below makes 8 servings

Prep Time: 15 minutesCook Time: 30 minutes

INGREDIENTS

• 1 long Seeded Italian Bread (24” long)

• 8-10 cloves of Garlic

• 1/2 cup Salted Butter (room temp)

• 3 tbsp Olive Oil (extra virgin)

• 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley

• 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

• 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

• 1 cup freshly-grated Stella Parmesan Cheese

• 1 cup freshly-shredded Stella Fontinella Cheese

INSTRUCTIONS

• Preheat oven to 400F

• Add all of the ingredients except for the bread and cheese into the bowl of a food processor and mix until a creamy paste is formed.

• Add the paste to a bowl and then add in your shredded Stella Parmesan Cheese and Stella Fontinella Cheese.

• Carefully cut your bread by making a cut every 1.5 inch being careful not to cut all the way through to the bottom. You want to make sure the loaf of bread stays intact so that you can stuff it with the garlic butter mixture.

• Equally distribute the garlic butter in between all of the slices of bread. Use all of the garlic butter.

• Wrap the bread tightly in aluminum foil

• Bake for 25-30 minutes.

I didn’t grow up with taco seasoning, I grew up with Adobo. IYKYK 🇵🇷 You can use either/or to season your meat, and then fold it up with some cheese in a tortilla. Bake till crunchy and then dippp away! The dip is a combination of your favorite salsa and some sour cream. Enjoy!

Grilled Cheese with Pumpkin Butter, Caramelized Onions, and White Cheddar Cheese. and slathered with butter on the outside. (or mayo if that’s your journey)

Pumpkin Butter is really similar to Apple Butter, just made with pumpkin. It is a sweet thick jam and it adds the perfect punch of sweetness to balance the ultra savory flavors of caramelized onion and white cheddar.

Deets:
Sourdough Bread
Butter
A layer of pumpkin butter on one slice of bread
4 slices of cheddar cheese(per sandwich)
Caramelized onions (I made these ahead of time).

I cook this on medium heat and i use a cover on the pan to trap the heat in the pan so that the cheese melts at the same rate that the bread is browning.

Jewish Brisket Empanadas! A cute little fusion food that defines my heritage ❤️ Shana Tova and Happy Hispanic Heritage Month!

I took my some of my Rosh Hashanah Brisket, which was slow cooked with about 8lbs of onions and a delicious sauce, and then I added in a little horseradish, wrapped them in an empanada disc and quickly fried them up! This is perfect for any leftover brisket you may have!

Also, if you would like to make your own Jewish style Brisket, I shared my Mom’s Brisket recipe on my blog that is titled “Jewish Brisket” and I suggest you pick up a brisket and try out the recipe! I look forward to eating it every year for the Jewish New Year because it is just so super tender! My mom (Puerto Rican) didn’t grow up eating Brisket but she learned how to make it when she met my dad and then she put her own little spin on it!
