Cook the fish per the package instructions
Make the slaw per my recipe linked in the notes field.
Cut the tortillas into strips and crisp up with oil in a saute pan on medium heat. Once they are crisp, add a pinch of salt on them.
Dice the avocado and the mango into 1/2" cubes
Cut the tomatoes in half
Assemble the salad by laying down your greens, adding the slaw on top, add the fish, then add the corn tortilla strips or chips, and top with avocado, mango and tomatoes. You can also add a few squeezes of lime juice.
