Fish Taco Salad

This Fish Taco Salad has been on repeat in our house for the past month. It may look like this salad is difficult to make but, it could not be easier to make this delicious and colorful salad. The warm crispy fish mixed with the crunchy fresh greens, creamy slaw, and fresh mango is just out of this world! I like to use frozen battered fish because I can just toss it in the Air Fryer while I prepare all my other ingredients. This whole meal comes together in less than 30 minutes and will impress everyone!
