Green Goddess Cottage Cheese Dip
This high protein cottage cheese green goddess dip is a blend of whipped cottage cheese, avocado, lemon, garlic, and herbs.
- 16 oz Cottage Cheese
- 1 small Avocado or about 3/4 of a large one
- 1 oz Chives
- 1.5-2 oz Basil Leaves remove any thick stems
- 1/4 cup Loosely packed Fresh Parsley
- 2 cloves Garlic peeled
- 1/2 Lemon juiced
- pinch of sea salt Taste it and add as you go
Slice your avocado and remove the pit, Remove the skin and add the avocado to a food processor or high speed blender
Add in your cottage cheese
Add your fresh herbs. No need to cut or dice them and the food processor will do all of the work
Add your Lemon juice (remove the seeds)
Add your garlic and a tiny pinch of salt.
Blend all of the ingredients until super creamy and smooth. Taste the dip and decide if you want to add more salt.
