Green Goddess Cottage Cheese Dip
This high protein cottage cheese green goddess dip is a blend of whipped cottage cheese, avocado, lemon, garlic, and herbs.
- 16 oz Cottage Cheese
- 1 small Avocado or about 3/4 of a large one
- 1 oz Chives
- 1.5-2 oz Basil Leaves remove any thick stems
- 1/4 cup Loosely packed Fresh Parsley
- 2 cloves Garlic peeled
- 1/2 Lemon juiced
- pinch of sea salt Taste it and add as you go
- Slice your avocado and remove the pit, Remove the skin and add the avocado to a food processor or high speed blender 
- Add in your cottage cheese 
- Add your fresh herbs. No need to cut or dice them and the food processor will do all of the work 
- Add your Lemon juice (remove the seeds) 
- Add your garlic and a tiny pinch of salt. 
- Blend all of the ingredients until super creamy and smooth. Taste the dip and decide if you want to add more salt.
