If you are using wooden skewers, soak them for 30 minutes to an hour.
Boil baby potatoes for 15 minutes in salted water. You want them to be soft, but not too soft that they fall apart when you put the skewer through
Preheat your grill to medium heat
White the potatoes are boiling, mix together 2 tbsp of slightly melted butter with 2 tsp minced garlic and 1/2 tsp of fresh rosemary.
Cut each hotdog into thirds
When the potatoes are done boiling, drain them and rinse them with cold water.
Start making your skewers by adding 1 piece of hotdog, followed by a potato, another piece of hotdog, another potato, and the final hotdog piece.
Repeat with remaining hotdogs and potatoes
Baste/Spoon the garlic butter over the potatoes and sprinkle salt and black pepper on the potatoes on all sides.
Grill each skewer for 6 minutes total, flipping them after 3 minutes.
Serve over a salad with some pickles and enjoy.
