Hot Dog and Potato Skewers

These hot dog kebabs are a fun new way to enjoy hot dogs. Hot dogs cook so fast and are easy to make, but I like the idea of cooking them right on a skewer with baby potatoes to make a complete meal. This hot dog and potato recipe is super easy to make and I know everyone in the family will love them.

I pre boiled the potatoes so that they would cook on the grill with the hot dogs for the same amount of time. Normally, potatoes take a bit longer to cook than hot dogs so you definitely want to make sure you par boil your potatoes ahead of time.

I love hot dogs so much and I love that brands started to make hot dogs with better-for-you ingredients. Check out my air fryer hot dogs recipe if you have an air fryer.

Garlic Butter Potatoes

I love eating my hot dogs with a side of french fries or potato salad because I love the combination of potato and hot dog. Cooking up some potatoes on a skewer with a hotdog makes it easier to enjoy this combination. The garlic butter sauce has a touch of rosemary in it too and it just really takes this sauce over the top. It is so good.

Was wondering how you were able to get the potatoes done at the same time as the hot dogs. Got it! Love the combination
