Shepherd’s Pie Hotdish

I’m calling this… Shepherd’s Pie Hotdish! It has a creamy base filled with ground lamb, fresh carrots, onions, garlic and rosemary. Topped with mashed cauliflower and then…topped with tater tots! Perfect for your weekly #mealprep, holiday, or any family gathering! I hope Molly Yeh is proud of me! She is the only reason I know what Hotdish is. ☺️

Notes:
*This makes the meat mixture thick and creamy. You can omit or use an alternative.
**If using Soy or Worchestire Sauce, decrease to 1tsp.
