Goat Cheese Pizza
Goat Cheese Pizza is a creamy and delicious white pizza. I added chimichurri to make this pizza bright and herbaceous, and honestly, you have to try it out!! This is the perfect accompaniment to grilled kebabs on a breezy summer night.
To be honest, I didn’t like goat cheese until I was about 30, and then something just clicked in me. I always liked hard goat cheeses like the Spanish Cheese “Drunken Goat”, but it took me a little bit longer to like Chevre, the creamy goat cheese that most people are familiar with. Now that I have seen the light, there is no turning back. I love experimenting with flavors that compliment the goat cheese, especially in winter when I pair it with candied fruit and nuts. This recipe for Goat Cheese Pizza is a great “all year long” recipe with or without the chimichurri. I love how chimichurri adds so much flavor, so if you like herbs, give it a try!

Ooooh, love this recipe. Btw, is chimichurri similar to sofrito?
Hi Jay,
I’ve actually thought about using it as a substitute but it is different in flavor. It would still be good though!
Really good, Erin! I had to eat both of the pizza as they were so delicious!
I am so happy you enjoyed them!
